Training：
In order to explore the potential and improve the ability of employee, employee will have training plan since they join the Boyu, including fresh induction training, professional skill training, and management skills training etc.
工作內(nèi)容:
1. 負責(zé)產(chǎn)品實現(xiàn)過程中的質(zhì)量控制管理；
2. 負責(zé)對產(chǎn)品實現(xiàn)過程中的質(zhì)量問題按糾正預(yù)防措施執(zhí)行；
3. 負責(zé)對產(chǎn)品運用過程中的質(zhì)量問題按糾正預(yù)防措施執(zhí)行；
4. 負責(zé)制定檢驗規(guī)范、編制各類檢驗指導(dǎo)書，并對檢驗員進行培訓(xùn)；
5. 負責(zé)檢驗工時的核定；
6. 負責(zé)對公司計量器具的定期檢驗、檢測數(shù)據(jù)的監(jiān)督管理；
7. 負責(zé)完成客戶滿意度的調(diào)查，提供滿意度調(diào)查報告；
8. 負責(zé)公司質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計分析。
任職資格：
◆電子類專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷。
◆接受過IRIS/ISO9000體系、質(zhì)量工具等方面的培訓(xùn)。
◆5年以上電子元器件、半成品檢驗經(jīng)驗，兩年以上團隊管理經(jīng)驗。
◆熟練使用電腦、萬用表、電橋、兆歐表、耐壓測試儀等儀器儀表；
◆熟悉檢驗規(guī)程以及質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
◆熟悉IRIS國際鐵路行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系要求；
◆熟悉質(zhì)量管理工具、FMEA等；
◆紀律性強，服從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作安排；
◆踏實肯干，吃苦耐勞；
◆良好的團隊合作精神，樂于幫助其他同事。
